Digital Team Process

In addition to my usual UX work I also dedicate some of my time to documenting process and creating visuals to boost productivity and to keep team members across the entire company informed.

 

Org Chart.

The organization chart was created as a visual aid to provide context for each persons role on the team. Whenever we onboard a new team member or if someone in the company needs to reach-out to us, this resource is made available for reference.

Show & Tell

BJ’s Wholesale Club’s home office has about +800 employees on campus at any given time. The Omni Channel holds a ‘Show & Tell’ every Friday afternoon. This gives a platform for stakeholder and the rest of the company to participate and give feedback about BJs.com and Mobile app initiatives. I am responsible for documenting ‘Show & Tell’ and creating a social media posts on our company Yammer. The following are post from past Show and Tells.

 
 

Newsletter

Every Friday the Digital Product, MX & Engineering Team has a newsletter go out to the rest of the company.

The newsletter contains team charter, BJs.com and Mobile App features that are upcoming and on deck. It also is hosts the Org chart and the Show & Tell post from the prevues week.

My Role:

• HTML CSS Outlook Friends newsletter template

• Qualtrics survey that goes out every week to the Product Managers to collect data for Newlsetter

• I have created Power Point template for them to easliy submit visuals
